Leroy Codeen. the leader of a gang in a run down sector in an unknown country. the leaders of the country believe that to lock all of it's citizens in the country it will bring about a time of peace and tranquility. well they were wrong. Because people like Leroy are in this country who grew up with parents who once worked for the government when it was in full swing, before the 'peace' kicked in. He was taught by his parents about hacking before they and the rest of that government were secretly killed. To those who do not believe his skills or what he tells them, he will show a webcam stream that was supposed to be deleted along with other footage of the incident that took place on August 25th 2013. It is currently 2015 and Leroy has managed to time and time again secretly hack and extract the leaders files and know when and where everything in the country was happening. until one of his team mates who he had worked with since day one... messed everything up.
